Mountain Goats

I've just spent the weekend relaxing at my folks house in the hills.

Here are some pictures of a little walk Andy and myself went on. For many people it's a fair old hike, for us it was a boredom killing exercise.

Here are some links so some rubbishy 20sec Quicktime clips we took along the way. Boredom is evident in most of the clips, and I make no apologies.

Outthaway
Video Game
Holeclimb
Golum
Sheepchasing
Cairn
Rockthrowing

I can't look at the clips because my computer is rubbish (and I might be a bit rubbish, too), but I like the photos. I feel very sad for you in the 'Caged Curly' one. It seems to ask for just a spot of sustenance and perhaps a small hug.

It looks nicer than London where you are.

The scenery actually looks really nice.

Léonie - I'm sure a small hug would have gone down a treat, but then Andy would have wanted one, then the sheep would hvae got jealous, before you know it the Ice Cream man in his van would have driven up and it'd just be too many hugs to give.

Bee - Indeed, this is Wales. Not only does it look really nice, it's actually beautiful.

Ah Wales, I do miss it quite a lot. There is definately a certain humble majesty (if that isn't too much of an oxymoron) about the scenery.

The pics are lovely - it took me forever to download the movies - even with a high speed connection, so I didn't watch many...
And as for making the sheep nervous, I think you scare me.

Chris - Did you live here before? I think you can get away with humble majesty, just.

Teri - Glad you liked the pictures. To be honest though, the movies aren't really worth spending too much time on! And the sheep, they're nervous around Welshmen and Scotsmen anyway - so the rumour goes.

Wonderful pictures, I can't watch the clips either. I hope it wasn't you making the sheep nervous.
