The King broadcasts to Millions

I expect there to be some sort of copyright on this but I'll wait and see if anyone says anything.

My very good friend, The King (Andrew), made it onto national Radio on Sunday. Bledd has recorded it for your aural pleasure. Kings girlfriend, Myfanwy, is away in University in Brighton (Almost 300 miles away from him) and wanted to tell him how much she loves him over the airwaves...

I appreciate that you probably don't know who the King is, but it's just a chance for you to listen to yet another one of my friends make a fool of themselves. Listen out for his pronounciation of 'Lingerie'

(Lanette, this is for you becasuse you asked so nicely - not as funny as the last, just cringeworthy)

Also, one more has been converted. Another one of my good friends, Osian, has started a blog - go and say Hi, take a gift if you like.

Yes, unfortunately for the King the boys weren't just listening but had recorded and distributed the audio thousands of miles away within seconds of his appearance ending.

What a good friend you are to share this with the whole world - or at least the part of the world that reads your blog...

OH DEAR! so funny that the king neglected to mension that he met her in the farmers while he was pretending to colloect glasses! What a legend, LONG LIVE THE KING!

Yeah, the conversation is riddled with lies... all originating from the King.

My observations:

* Greggers doesn't have a job

* He lies about falling in love with her on the first day (as Oz pointed out)

* It isn't his money that he spends going to see her in Brighton (It's from the non-official Royal mint, it's location is unknown)

* The time he spends seeing her isn't really special, because he's got all the time in the world to kill (See point no.1)

* He can't pronounce Lingerie properly

* He is a clown

But, despite all this - Myf loves him, as do all women (bar the ones that know him too well/have gone out with him in the past/been warned endlessly by me or any of the other boys)

A great big THANK YOU to you, Mr. Curly! I have been out of town all week for work, and I got to come home to yet another wonderful audio post from your blog. I still got a good laugh at the awkward nature of the call. Ah, good stuff. Thanks again, Curly!

One day Curly, I want you to do a post on some Welsh sayings, and how the hell to pronounce them.

I did love the lingerie thing! It was very funny - Sara sort of laughed over it, I was expecting her to pick up on it but she never :-(

Andrew floats my boat, too. He's dreamy.

Uhm, I think I'm going to be sick.

MOH - No probs, glad you enjoyed!

D - I might one day, although my Welsh is limited to light conversation and talking about people that I know can't understand me.

ARV - I wasn't sure if she did pick up on it or not, she probably avoided bringing down the "Love" mood by not making fun of him.

Chris - It's not dreamy, that's the thing, you've just been introduced to a prime Sex Pest.

sex pest is darn right! he's the main offender in the whole of wales!

Notice also the delay before he replies with "i love you too!"

what a numpty!
